All properties viewed and links provided are subject to their respective owners, managers and/or administrators.

Accommodation management companies and owners by law, are responsible to provide the necessary equipment and invoices needed to guests, as also comply with the local authorities and current laws, unless their contract with Hosting Moments LP states otherwise.

Hosting Moments LP is committed to provide information and secure links,

for accommodations that meet its standards in hosting, services and equipment.

For any inconvenience, the one responsible to deal with the situation is the accommodation management company

and/or the owner by law of each and every individual property, unless hosting is provided directly by Hosting Moments LP,

as stated in the relevant contract.

Any accommodation partner who does not comply with the Terms Of Partnership or local laws of the country they are operating,

will be removed from Hosting Moments LP website without further notice.
