Hosting Moments L.P.  values its guests and willing to ensure a smooth and safe transaction procedure, we cooperate with Alpha Bank S.A., which is one of the four biggest Financial Institutions in Greece.

When the time comes that you need to proceed with the payment for your reservation, a Secure Payment Link will be sent to your email from our official email address reservations@hostingmoments.com. If you complete your reservation through our booking engine, you will be redirected to Alpha Bank's Secure Environment to proceed with your payment by using your debit/credit card. 

In case the guest's reservation has a free cancellation period, the amount that is needed to be charged is the 40% of the total amount. Afterwards, we will follow the procedure for the remaining balance as mentioned above, 21 days prior to the arrival, when the free cancellation period has expired.

As nowadays we face a significant amount of frauds, our guests can contact us on the phone numbers provided via network call, Viber, WhatsApp or FaceTime, in order to ensure that the payment link will be sent at a specific time during the day, and of course they can use the bank details below, in case they wish to proceed with a bank transfer instead.
