The Private Pool Villa is located in Ano Mera, away from the crowd in the town center, and very close to Kalafatis, Loulos, Kalo Livadi, and Elia Beach. Offering the option to accommodate up to 7 adults, the Villa is the perfect option for families and groups of friends,
as also longer stays.
The temperature-controlled pool
Having ice cold water on our skin is nice sometimes, but we prefer not when going into the pool. We bet our guests agree on that. That is the reason we chose to make our Villa's pool temperature controlled, so that you can enjoy it, no matter the weather temperature outside. Even on a bit chill day, all you need is your bathing suit, your towel, a drink and you are ready to go!
And why not, take a nap on the comfy sunbeds to relax.
Need more than a nap?
Cosy and elegant, our brand new villa offers three bedrooms with queen size beds and a sofa bed in the living room, perfect to lay down or put the friend who took the week off and came along!
When it comes to luggage, we all need a few more clothes for our holidays. As far as everything is alright with your airline, the villa's spacious wardrobes will literally fit everything you bring on.
And if there is anything left, the sofa bed's storage space is perfect for some extras.
Movie night and dinner at home?
A movie night during holidays is a must. But even if you are series fans, we got you covered! There is a 55" Smart TV waiting for you to enjoy anything and a Netflix account is always connected.
Fancy some music instead or check the videos of the day? Surprise! It is AirPlay compatible. We need it, so do our guests!
The kitchen is equipped with everything someone would need during their stay, including dishwasher, stove, and of course a Nespresso® machine to start the day, with coffee capsules provided.
Need some fresh air?
The front terrace is equipped with an outdoor dining table for you and your family or friends.
You need to take your time? Your loved one called and you need to talk on the phone? Or maybe have dinner all together?
Well you might just need somewhere to sit until they open the door for you.
In any of the above scenarios the front terrace is what you need.
Two Bathrooms
There are two bathrooms in the Villa. One is located downstairs in the common areas of the living room, kitchen and bedroom, and the one upstairs has a toilet and a shower, as there is one sink ensuite in each bedroom, offering freedom of movement and comfort for the guests.
Towels, floor mats, soap, shampoo, and shower gel, are of course provided for the guests' comfort.
